The Transport Sector Agreement Pathway
If you work for an accredited employer in a transport sector role and you have worked in a transport sector role for 24 months you are eligible for this residence
Other Requirements for a Transport Work to Residence Visa:
- The job must be by an Accredited Employer, full time, permanent or for at least 12 months, and in a transport sector role that paid you the wages specified in the Sector agreement for your role
- Applicants must meet Residence class visa character requirements
- Applicants must meet Residence class visa health requirements
- Applicants must meet Residence class visa English Language requirements
- Principal applicants must be 55 years old or younger
