The Care Workforce Sector Agreement Pathway
If you work for an accredited employer and you have worked in a care workforce sector role for 24 months you are eligible for this residence
Other Requirements for a Care Workforce Work to Residence Visa:
- The job or job offer must be by an Accredited Employer, full time, permanent or for at least 12 months
- You must have worked for 24 months in a care workforce sector role that paid you the Level 4 support workers’ minimum wage per hour rate or more
- Applicants must meet Residence class visa character requirements
- Applicants must meet Residence class visa health requirements
- Applicants must meet Residence class visa English Language requirements
- Principal applicants must be 55 years old or younger

- Kaiāwhina (hauora) (Māori health assistant)
- Nursing support worker
- Personal care assistant
- Residential care officer
